We carry out work as simple as Watch batteries fitted in store or as complicated as Redesigning a ring. Repairs come with a unique customer reference number & reciept. Using our repair database. Contact us or visit in store and we will be more than happy to help.
Watch Repairs
We can fit batteries to most watch brands. In most cases we cannot guarantee the water resistance. Along with batteries we can adjust watch bracelet's and fit straps, all in store. Complicated repairs such as Over Hauls & New mineral glasses are carried out by our watchmaker.
Jewellery Repairs
Most jewellery repairs have to be sent to our workshop. Unfortunatley due to Health & safety issues we no longer have one on site. All repairs are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery & in some cases valuble items are hand delivered. To give you a idea of time guides. Simple jewellery repairs like Gold or Silver soldering should take one week. Monday to the following saturday turnout time is expected. And repairs like Suppling Stones & redesiging can take up to six weeks. We endavour to complete these jobs as fast as possible but certain jobs do require time. Estimates are free of charge, so dont hesitate to ask for one.
